Ningbo Haoye Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd is a non-government joint-stock enterprise restructured and introduced foreign capital by the former Sinopec 3rd Corporation Zhenhai Tower Inner Factory (founded in December 1989). It is located in the Zhenhai sea entrance of Ningbo Harbor, famous as the Door of the East Zhejiang, with an area of 20,000sq.m and workshop area of 10,000sq.m. The factory owns standard steel building workshops of equipment manufacture, mechanical processing, and fine equipment, two 315 tons and 1000 tons hydraulic pressure machines each, 2 shearing machines smaller than 30mm, 2 bending machines of 160T4000mm, 1 bending machine of 250T6000mm, 3 numerical control automatic pressing machines, over 20 machines for plasma cutting, welding, etc. and 50 other rolling board machines, metalworking machines and pressing lathes.

　　The company has 20 various technicians (10 technicians with junior or senior technical title) mainly engaging in the producing and developing of tower equipment, tower inners, structured packing, random packing, liquid distributor, packing support, mist catcher, other special and nonstandard equipment, and accessories in the fields of oil refining, chemical, air separation, medical industries. In addition, we cooperate with the domestic universities and large-scale petrochemical enterprises to develop new type laminated air cooler, and inflamer, etc, which are put into the market and gain many patent licenses successively. Also the company provides several patents of practical new pattern for coking plant, seawater antisepsis system, and environmental-friendly system for steel factory, and energy plant, etc.
